These Terms of Use (“these Terms”) set out the conditions for using NazoMap (“the Site”). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. This English text is a translation; if there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

Article 1 (Prohibited acts)

When using the Site, users must not:

Act in violation of laws, regulations or public order and morals
Infringe the reputation, privacy, copyright or other rights of others
Post information that can identify an individual, such as names, addresses or phone numbers
Post images that you did not take or create yourself, or images showing faces, homes or anything else that can identify a person
Encourage or promote trespassing on private property or restricted areas
Post content that hurts victims of crimes or accidents or their families
Post false information as if it were fact
Post advertisements, promotions or solicitations, or engage in spamming
Interfere with the operation of the Site or gain unauthorized access

Article 2 (Handling of posts)

The copyright of content posted by users belongs to the poster. However, the Site may use posted content free of charge for publication and introduction on the Site. The Site may hide or delete, without notice, any post it judges to violate these Terms or the Posting Guidelines.

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

Please see the Disclaimer regarding the content of the Site. The Site is not responsible for any trouble arising between users or between users and third parties.

Article 4 (Changes to and suspension of the service)

The Site may change its content, or suspend or end its service, without notifying users.

Article 5 (Changes to these Terms)

The Site may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

Article 6 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator.
