What is the Grassman?
The Grassman is a hominid-type unidentified creature said to live in Ohio in the American Midwest. It is considered a relative or regional version of Bigfoot. Covered in dark hair, over 2 m tall and walking on two legs, it is also said to give off a strong stench.
Features of the Grassman
The name “Grassman” is said to come from stories that the creature weaves grass or gathers branches and grass to build nest-like structures. Sightings are reported in Ohio’s forests, overgrown fields and along rivers, and some people say they have heard eerie screams in the night.
What is the Grassman really?
Across the United States there are many sightings of Bigfoot-like ape-men, each given its own regional name. The Grassman is thought to be bears or other animals mistaken for something else, or a local rumor born under the influence of the Bigfoot legend.
