What are flying humanoids?
Flying humanoids are unidentified flying objects or creatures in which a human-like figure floats through the air without wings. The name means “flying human-shaped,” and they are told of as something between a UFO and a cryptid.
Sightings and footage in Mexico
Flying humanoids became a topic from the end of the 1990s into the 2000s, with many sightings reported especially in places such as Mexico City, and footage of dark human-shaped objects drifting in the sky was shown on TV one after another. Similar footage later came in from around the world.
What are flying humanoids really?
The leading theory is that the footage shows human-shaped balloons, party balloons, kites or plastic bags carried by the wind. Because the size and distance of objects drifting high in the sky are hard to judge, ordinary things can look like strange figures.
